Plans and pricing
Two plans. A setup fee, then one monthly fee.
Every website is different, so we quote for each one. Here’s what each plan includes, what you pay for, and what affects the price.
We set it up, you paste it in.
We prepare and check everything. You add one line of code to your site.
Best for sites where you, or your web developer, can edit the site’s header or Google Tag Manager.
- Full scan of your site, with the cookie list and banner wording prepared by us
- Your cookie policy, ready to place on your policy page
- One line of code, with a step-by-step guide for WordPress, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Webflow or Google Tag Manager
- A re-scan once it’s in, to check it works
Your part: add the line to your site and remove your old cookie tool, following our guide.
We do the whole thing.
We put it on your site, take the old tool off, and test it live.
Best for anyone who would rather not touch their website, or doesn’t have someone who can.
- Everything in Standard
- Installed and tested by us on your live site
- Your old cookie tool removed, its wording carried over
- Your cookie policy placed on your policy page
Your part: give us access to your site or Google Tag Manager for the install, and remove it again once we’re done.
Side by side
The same service. The difference is who installs it.
Both plans get the same scan, policy, banner and records. Managed install adds the hands-on part.

How pricing works
Two fees, both per website. Nothing hidden.
We send a quote before we start, and confirm it by email. That email, with our service terms, is the agreement.
Setup fee
The scan, the cookie list, your policy, the banner wording and your sign-off. On Managed install, the install and live test too.
Paid when we start.Monthly fee
Running the banner, keeping your consent records, keeping your policy accurate, and re-scanning when your site changes.
Invoiced a month ahead. No long contract
The service runs month to month. Either of us can end it for a website with 30 days’ notice by email.
Stop whenever you like. What affects your quote
- How many websites you want covered
- Which plan you choose
- The platform your site runs on
- Whether there’s an old cookie tool to move away from
- How many tools and trackers your site loads
Paying
- By invoice, payable within 14 days
- In pounds, euros, Canadian dollars or US dollars
- Prices exclude VAT, which is added where it applies
- We give you 30 days’ notice of any price change
Beta
Join the beta.
Leave your details and we’ll email you when there’s a place in the beta for your website.
- One email when there’s a place for you, then a reply if you write back
- No newsletter, no marketing, no sales calls
- Changed your mind? Reply to any email from us, or write to privacy@fortunecookies.cloud
We only use what you send for the beta. See our privacy notice.
Pricing questions
Straight answers about money.
Anything else? Ask us at hello@fortunecookies.cloud. A person replies.
Why don’t you list prices?
Because a one-page site on Squarespace and a shop running a dozen trackers aren’t the same job. Rather than a price that’s wrong for most people, we look at your site and quote for it.
Do I pay for each website?
Yes. Each website has its own setup fee and monthly fee, because each one gets its own scan, policy, banner and records. If you have several, tell us and we’ll quote for them together.
What if a scan shows I don’t need a banner?
We’ll tell you. If your site only uses strictly necessary cookies, the law doesn’t ask for consent, and we won’t sell you a banner you don’t need.
What does joining the beta commit me to?
Nothing. It just means we’ll email you when there’s a place for your website. You can say no then, or ask to be taken off the list at any time.
Can I talk to you first?
Yes. If you’d like us to look at your site now, get in touch and we’ll reply by email.
How do I stop?
Give us 30 days’ notice by email. Before the service ends, put another consent solution in place, because the banner stops working when it does. We’ll send you a copy of your consent records and sign-off history if you ask. The details are in our service terms.
